"An estimated 96% of incarcerated individuals will be released from prison."

Historically about half of those released will return to incarceration within 3 years.

Bob Barker Company has been serving the physical needs of incarcerated individuals since 1972. The Bob Barker Company Foundation is giving back to the incarcerated community in order to prepare them physically, spiritually and emotionally for successful reentry into society. Bob Barker Company Foundation funds Baptist Center for Ethics documentary on prison ministry

Bob Barker Company Foundation has partnered with the Baptist Center for Ethics (BCE) to fund a new documentary on faith and prisons. The forthcoming documentary will be released in early 2014 and highlights the faith community’s engagement with prisons including outreach to inmates and officers. Executive Director Robert Parham noted that the nationwide recidivism rate for those incarcerated is more than 40 percent. “Both political parties are recognizing that the recidivism rates are way too high and the cost of prisons are busting state budgets,” Parham said. “Advancing Christ’s Light In Prisons,” by Amazing Studios

Christian Library International “CLI” provides prisons all across the country with Books, Bibles & Discipleship Studies. To help tell CLI’s story Amazing Studio traveled over 1,900 miles from Georgia to Maryland to tell how their ministry impacted Kyle and Michael.
